Release 0.058

Sub-menus - Precipitation, Clouds, and Wind options in the map data menu now shows a sub-menu (secondary menu) with more options.
Clicking on the place title now opens the “Select Source” menu. This is to be consistent with Android behaviour.
Layers fade on/off properly now.
Fixed one (my first) crash reported bug!!
