Major update with many changes.

Sub-menus - you can open multiple sub-menus at once.
Sub-menus - you can save the default state of the sub-menu, e.g., if you have wind speed and streamlines on. What is the “default state” for?….
Sub-menus - if you double click on a sub-menu open/close icon, it will load the default state of the sub-menu.
Map menu items are disabled when the data is not available.
Added “Edit Map Menu” dialog - click on the plus button in the map menu.
Added many more data types and the storm sub-menus.
Changed the map menu icon colors to orange and blue to indicate on/off and grey to indicate unavailable data.
Fixed the compressed high/low temperatures layout bug.
Major, major refactoring in the back-end code.
